Seaboard Residences, App. 15

Seaboard Residences, App. 15 in Nivalis Nights (Seaside Boardwalk): a home for rent at 100 a day; once you rent it you can go in at any hour.

In the game: Featuring a massive 20-foot spatial volume and split-level architecture, the loft's smart-tinting windows frame panoramic vistas of the shimmering sea and the Boardwalk's electric glow.

How the game works: Curfew, sleep and where to stay

Renting

Rent it at the offer by its front door. The offer works once vendors are open in the story, and no business permit is needed. You can probably rent more than one home. (Based on game code; the rent screen for apartments is not confirmed in game.)

Once you rent it, you can go in at any hour.

Rent is charged once a day, when the day ends at 02:00. Going to sleep does not add an extra charge.
