Obsidian Noir

Obsidian Noir in Nivalis Nights (Metro Hub): rent 300 a day, 5 levels, menu categories -.

How the game works: Renting venues, business permits and the starting venue, Price caps by venue level, How review stars are calculated

Renting

Renting needs a level 4 business permit (Business Permit (Tier 4)). The permit is used up when you rent, so each venue takes its own.

Where to get a level 4 permit

• Reward for reaching level 5 with Azure Breeze
• Reward from the quest Deal with a Devil
• Reward from the quest What Did Eldridge Do?

When you start renting you also pay the value of the furniture already in the venue, then the rent every day. The district has to be open for travel.
